In October, a mobile team project was launched to improve the daily lives of people with loss of autonomy and their caregivers. OSE professionals visited the homes of people who experienced difficulties visiting the Day Care Center. Goal of this project is to provide a gerontological assessment in order to identify the needs of vulnerable seniors and allow the professionals to set up a remedial plan to facilitate the access to the Day Care Center, or organize workshops at home on an as-and-when basis.
