On the occasion of Paris Disability Month, the OSE looked back on its actions in the service of people with disabilities and their caregivers.
Supporting, caring for and promoting the autonomy and citizenship of people with disabilities is one of the key missions of the OSE. It is based on 4 facilites that take care of people with disabilities, from childhood to adulthood.
– More than 90 disabled adults are welcomed for work at ESAT and activities at the Robert Job day center
– Nearly 80 children and adults with multiple disabilities welcomed during the day or in accommodation in the medico-educational institute (IME) Raphaël center, and at Alain-Raoul Mossé Center.
The OSE is also committed to supporting caregivers of the elderly and / or people with loss of autonomy. With the PHARE platform, the association is mobilizing to relieve them by offering them spaces for respite and dialogue.
Since June 2020, the OSE has become the manager of the “Community 360 COVID-19” platform in Paris. This telephone platform makes it possible to find solutions to the pandemic either directly or by putting people with disabilities and their caregivers in touch with support actors near their homes.
Thank you to OSE professionals for their daily actions in the service of people with disabilities and their caregivers!
